The mission of the Jagar Programme at Hatkalika Temple is to preserve, promote, and pass on Uttarakhand’s sacred folk traditions to future generations. Through this cultural gathering, HDDUS Care Foundation aims to strengthen community bonds, honor local deities, and inspire pride in the spiritual and cultural identity of the region.
